It was a magical Valentine’s Day! The place looked amazing, the music/atmosphere was calming like an elvish forest. The people were super nice and the food was phenomenal. Definitely coming back to see the other themes they have.
The food was amazing! Our server, Isaac, was a great host. My boyfriend actually brought me here as a surprise and I had no idea the place was so popular on TikTok. Isaac was incredibly kind and took the time to explain how the menu works even showing us the secret menu. He was attentive the entire time and made the experience even better. All of the employees were very attentive as well. At one point, an older man came in with an issue and the staff handled the situation really well and they offered him alternatives and accommodations and he seemed very pleased with how they helped him seeing that honestly made me feel even more comfortable there. The atmosphere of the place is great. I loved the background music and the fairy lights. It really feels like an experience not just a meal. On top of that, the price for the amount of food you get is definitely worth it. I would absolutely come back!
My husband and I went here to celebrate his birthday. We made a reservation for 4:30 and, even though isn’t wasn’t busy, they had to “prepare” our table. No big deal, just odd, especially since reservations are strongly recommended. Our server was excellent and assisted us in many recommendations. We started with the meatball sampler, and were pleasantly surprised. The chicken schnitzel and gnocchi were both excellent. Unfortunately, the chicken breast in a creamy mushroom sauce that my husband had was tough and overcooked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and hope to return.
Customer service was excellent even though I didn't make a reservation, I was so lucky to not be waiting that long and they got me a spot at the bar. The food was delicious. I got d grinch mimosa and it was very balanced . The boozy meatball sampler with the three different sauces were the right amount of sweetness , sizes and the sauces were amazing. The Christmas pasta was nutty with fresh basil sauce like they advertised it. Pasta and mozzarella were so fresh. It was very delightful. Will definitely come back. Last I got a chance to taste coquito for the first time as a complimentary from the restaurant. So good with all the cinnamon, coconut, vanilla flavor. I really enjoyed the holiday ambiance there. 10 out of 10!
Very cozy and cute. It’s a lot smaller than what I thought. The decor is whimsical and charming. It’s definitely romantic. I loved my husband and I went during lunch time. It wasn’t too busy. If it was later I’m sure it would have been packed and for me not a good experience because I don’t like small crowded spaces. For your first time go during lunch so you can enjoy and take in the vibes. The food was obviously delicious!!!! The service was even better!
We went here for our first time and upon walking in you see how beautifully decorated the restaurant is. I ordered the drink with the Gringe hand and the candy cane. Both my cocktails were delicious and brought so much joy to see. I got the sliders and they were tasty. My husband got braised beef ravioli with a tomato sauce. There was hardly any beef in it and sauce was bitter and flavorless. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff was wonderful they made sure to make me feel special. I highly recommend coming here for a fun and unforgettable time.

Such a cute spot! I’ve been here for brunch and dinner multiple times. They do have theme menus and decor . Reservations are required for most days. I must say that the service is always fantastic from beginning to end and one of the owner was very present making sure everything look good. To start we had a Peach Bellini, strawberry mimosa and the "Can You Rub My Duckie?" Which were all very tasty. For main we had the Brunch Sliders (the meat was perfectly cooked, not dry and so well seasoned) and the eggs were runny and delicious. We also shared the Shakshuka with pita bread which had a strong red pepper taste and used the pita to soak the sauce. For dessert we had the absolute amazingly delicious Biscoff cheesecake and that thing must have crack because it was so addicting OMG definitely a must try. Overall i definitely recommend to check them out.
What a perfect place to have a birthday! The food was delicious and beautiful, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server Alex was very sweet and attentive as well! I had mentioned that it was me and my twins birthday, and we tried to order a cake. Unfortunately they were out of the cake, but the crew surprised us both by bringing us each a cup of ice cream!! Literally incredible, thank you guys for making our 20th birthday magical ✨✨💕
I have made it a new tradition to visit Roaslia's Kitchen on my birthday for the past two years. Why? Because the food is wonderfully flavored and portioned very well, the staff is super caring and attentive, and the drinks are crafted to perfection. I love the intimate setting. Moreover, I LOVE the themes. A good theme is a sign of intention and care for the customer experience. The fact that they put so much effort into changing it up, refining details, and immersing visitors into the experience makes me feel so considered as a customer who likes to frequent the right spots and values changes to my experience each time. For this visit in particular, Steph was my server and she was absolutely amazing--very warm and friendly, enthusiastic about the restaurant, and was so helpful informing me of all the new features being offered coinciding with the theme. There are so many restaurants where servers are just "nice", but they don't make you feel necessarily welcomed. Here, I have always felt like a welcomed new addition to the Rosalia family for the duration of my time dining, and feel the closeness of the staff to one another, which pours over into the warmth and intentionality of the establishment. Thank you for a wonderful time each visit! And thank you Steph—as well as the rest of the staff who were so kind and who assisted throughout—for making my birthday dining experience so seamless and beautiful. Super excited I got to play the new game and leave with a *charming* gift, too! I look forward to visiting for my birthday again next year (and more times in between) to get good eats, good drinks, and see the newest theme!
